I would like to introduce myself - my name is Kathy Dodds and I am employed by Kids at Home as a Visiting Teacher.

My qualifications are:

Dip.Tch (ECE)

Certificate in Adult Teaching

Current First Aid certificate

I began in early childhood education when my children were young as an educator - my career then began with relieving in

a Hamilton bi-cultural centre and moving on to become a permanent staff member and doing my qualification through WINTEC. 

I have been employed in several centres in Hamilton and have been a reliever for an agency in Hamilton.  I have also been a Visiting Teacher for another organisation and have been

employed by Kids at Home since December.

I am really enjoying my time with Kids at Home and developing relationships with the educators, parents and children I visit.
