Looking for work as a Nanny?
Are you looking for a flexible, early childhood role? We help our Nannies find fantastic positions with families all over New Zealand and offer ongoing support and assistance throughout your experience.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN OUR NANNIES.
We look for warm, caring people who have a passion for working with young children and feel comfortable fitting into an established family home and routine.
If you’re over 18 and have experience working with young children, a clean (preferably full) drivers licence and references, we would love to hear from you.
How do we support our Nannies?
WELCOME TO THE FAMILY
Being a Home Grown Kids Nanny, you’ll be given all the support and guidance you need from our Team of Teachers back up by our admin support and payroll.
WEBSITE PROFILE
Nannies looking for employment receive a personal website profile on our profile page, so potential families can get to know you a little better.
STORYPARK – SHARE THE STORY
Home Grown Kids provides families an e-portfolio through Storypark. An amazing, easy to use digital tool, Storypark enables us to deepen the level of communication we have with the immediate family and the child’s wider community.
You can add learning stories and photos/videos of children on their Storypark page. Parents will have primary access and are able to invite others to share their children’s experiences. This may include overseas relatives, specialists the child may be seeing, or the child’s future primary school teacher – people that are important to the child and their whanau. Storypark gives Nannies a way to share information and collaborate in a partnership of learning with each child’s family and community.
