New Child Enrolment

Criteria for eligibility for new child enrolment:
- Each Child Enrolment for a minimum 15 funded* hours per week at the time of enrolment-15 hour minimum must be continuous for at least 8 weeks
- Payable once per new child enrolment i.e. 2 child enrolments for a whānau would equate to 2 vouchers
- Open to Educators and Families that introduce new whānau enrolments
- The referred Whānau will have had no prior connection with us i.e. a NEW independent connection and will not appear on our databases or SMS.
Payment:
- Paid after 8 weeks of continuous enrolment (meeting above criteria)
The referral reward will be paid to the person nominated on the official referral form and must be signed by a VT
One reward per child.
Transferring Educator Enrolment

Criteria for eligibility for $200 to the new Ed referrer:
- Paid to the Person who made the referral of a transferring educator (with tamariki)
- To be eligible each transferred educator will have at least one child enrolled for a minimum of 15 funded* hours per week at the time of enrolment
Payment:
- Paid after 8 weeks of continuous enrolments (meeting above criteria)
The referral reward will be paid to the person nominated on the official referral form and must be signed by a VT.
Criteria for eligibility for $50 child enrolment with Transferred Educator incentive:
- Paid to the new Educator for every child enrolled for a minimum of 15 funded* hours per week at the time of enrolment
- The referred Educator will have had no prior connection with this organisation. The referred Educator would be a NEW Independent connection that appears nowhere on our databases.
Payment:
- Paid after 8 weeks of continuous enrolment of the first child enrolled with the New Educator. The referral reward will be paid to the person nominated on the official referral form and must be signed by a VT (submitted with Educator application/child enrolment)
New Educator Incentive

Criteria for eligibility for new Educator enrolment:
- Paid to the referrer for every Educator they introduce who registers to provide care and education under our service
- The referred Educator must have no previous connection to our organisation or appear anywhere on our databases in the capacity for which they are registering.
Payment:
- The referral will be paid after the new Educator has had a child enrolled for a minimum of 15 funded* hours per week for 8 continuous weeks.
The referral reward will be paid to the person nominated on the official referral form and must be signed by a VT
One reward per new Educator introduction.

Terms and Conditions
All rewards are subject to the terms and conditions below. Please read carefully.
- The referred child and their whānau must have NO previous connection with Edubase Ltd.
- Referrers must have a current or past relationship with Edubase Ltd at the time of referral.
- Minimum enrolment period of 8 weeks continuous enrolment is required.
- The referral reward will be paid to the person nominated on the official referral form and must be signed by a VT (submitted with Educator application/child enrolment)
- Minimum hours of enrolment of 15 funded hours per week. Funded hours are calculated on up to 6 hours in one day, up to 5 days per week, Monday to Friday solely in the care of the Educator.
- The referrer will receive their reward after the 8 week enrolment period has been met.
- This is a current ongoing promotion for 2021.
